Buy seven houses in Rai Valley, Marlborough for less than the price of one in Auckland

  • For less than the price of an average house in Auckland, investors can buy their own cluster of houses in Marlborough’s Rai Valley.

The seven houses were built by the New Zealand Forest Service in the 1970s for worker accommodation but have been owned by a private trust for the past 19 years.

They were put on the market three months ago, along with three adjoining sections.

An aerial view that shows the location of the seven Rai Valley houses on the market for $995,000, the road in the foreground is Kowhai Crescent.
