Everyone loves a nice relaxing holiday at the family bach.

According to Variety, the Make Me A Supermodel star bought the house in April 2004 for AUD$3.2 million ($3.37m) and in August she listed it for $6.5m.

Francesca Packer Barham has reportedly purchased a high-rise apartment in Sydney’s harbourside suburb of Elizabeth Bay.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the 21-year-old niece of billionaire James Packer secured a two-bedroom space in the Encore building on Elizabeth Bay Road, paying $2.1 million in an off-market purchase.
The publication reports that the apartment was sold by the Odillo Maher family, and needless to say, the daughter of Gretel Packer and Nicholas Barham will be quite comfortable with her new living arrangements.

A Tongariro River hideaway built for property magnate and former politician Sir Bob Jones has come onto the market for the first time in six years.
The house, in Taupahi Road, Turangi (Southern Lake according to the listing) is a stroll away from the river and close to Lake Taupo, both of which are renowned for trout fishing.

Australian golfing great Greg Norman has had another shot at selling his Colorado estate, Seven Lakes Ranch. It’s now listed for $US55 million ($73 million) with Norman flagging he plans to eventually move back to Australia, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Originally listed in 2011, the Colorado property now has the same price tag as his home in Florida, which is also for sale.

Just one year on from purchasing her first home, Kylie Jenner, 18, is on the move again and looks set to make a $1.4 million profit off the sale.
Jenner bought her California home, situated in The Oaks, an exclusive gated community in the neighbourhood of Calabassas, LA county, last year for $3.6 million, when she was just 17. With her eye on $8.3 million house in another gated community, in the city of Hidden Hills next to Calabassas, she has listed her current home for $5.4 million.
She recently broke up with her boyfriend of 15 months, Calvin Harris, and is now fully loved-up with British actor Tom Hiddleston.
The 26-year-old will be staying in the luxury pad – which features a roof terrace and indoor swimming pool – for the next 12 months while her current plush home in the Big Apple is being refurbished.

The picturesque property sprawls over a massive 256 hectares, and was listed two years ago at a much higher price of US$29.9 million, with the price dropping more recently to US$22.9 million. It was sold by listing agents Joyce Rey and Cyd Greer of Coldwell Bankers.
