• A large commercial building in the hustle and bustle of Wellington’s Cuba St – once owned by former bankrupt property developer Terry Serepisos – is up for grabs.

The building, on the corner of Cuba and Dixon streets, is one of property developer Willis Bond & Co’s latest projects.

It is fully-leased with a government-funded tenant taking a 21-year lease across the six levels of commercial space, and three national retailers taking seven and eight year leases on the ground floor.
