One of Wellington’s only central city petrol stations appears set to be decommissioned to make way for another development overlooking the capital’s waterfront.
It is understood Allan Fraser and Timothy Dromgool, of Newcrest, have entered into an agreement to buy two parcels of land, which make up Z Energy’s Harbour City site, at 1 Whitmore St. The sale is expected to go unconditional soon.
