What could you do with 10 houses on 7.3ha, right beside the sea?
That’s the question Chris Harding of JLL is asking prospective buyers of an entire street in Westport that has come onto the market.
And the possibilities include rental investment, a campground and “business opportunity”.
Harding says the houses on Larsen Street were originally built in the early ’60s for the Cape Foulwind Cement Works at Westport. But Holcim closed the plant in 2016 and the assets are being sold.
