A factory used by paleo food company Riot Foods, co-founded by The Bachelor star Art Green, is up for sale.
The 572 square metre site in Auckland’s East Tamaki was listed by Bayleys agents on behalf of the landlord earlier this month.
Riot Foods has encountered a series of hurdles over recent years and was placed into voluntary administration earlier this year.
McDonald Vague administrator Iain McLennan said the sale by the landlord was not a concern for the future of the business at this stage.
