For sale: Site of grisly 1994 Wellington murders of insurance brokers Gene and Eugene Thomas

  • An office building that was the scene of two grisly murders is up for sale in Wellington.

The property – at 136 The Terrace – once known as Invincible House has been put up on the market just recently.

It is the site of the infamous murders of investment and insurance brokers Gene Thomas, 68, and his son Eugene, 30, who were gunned down in their offices in February, 1994. Their bodies were found by cleaners.
