  • New Zealand’s booming renovation market has already proved to bring big bucks to property investors and makers of reality TV – and now it’s proving a boost for innovative charity fundraisers.

Cerebral Investment Ltd, the The Cerebral Palsy Society’s investment  arm, is selling a property it bought last year and renovated in Auckland’s popular Whangaparaoa.
