- A piece of prime New Zealand coastline has attracted strong international interest on the property market.
Controversial German millionaire Karl Reipen has his 220 hectare Awakino Estate up for sale for $8.5 million.
The land, which borders the Awakino River and runs along the coast, has been used by Reipen to breed and train German dressage horses.
