Kirkcaldie & Stains tells investors they will get more than Sir Ron’s offer through liquidation

  • Kirkcaldie & Stains has officially urged shareholders to reject an offer from Sir Ron Brierley, the 78 year-old corporate raider.

In February, Brierley, through his Sydney-headquartered investment vehicle Mercantile, revealed he would make a conditional offer for all Kirkcaldie & Stains shares of $2.75 a share.
