Largest ever leaky homes case launched against Auckland Council

  • Owners of an Auckland apartment complex have launched a $60 million claim against the council and others in New Zealand’s biggest leaky building case by far.

The next nearest claim to date was the $24m awarded to owners of the Nautilus apartment building in Orewa last year.
