More charges for sacked agent

  • A real estate agent sacked after on-selling two pensioners’ home for a $725,000 profit faces two misconduct charges that also relate to on-selling property, the Herald on Sunday can reveal.

Former Barfoot & Thompson Papatoetoe agent Aaron Hughes voluntarily suspended his licence yesterday.

He is under investigation by the industry watchdog and may face a legal claim relating to a sale last year.
