Neil Finn takes property dispute to High Court

  • Neil Finn has taken a dispute over subdividing his multimillion dollar Parnell property to the High Court.

The Finn family home, which inspired some of his most famous Crowded House tunes, failed to sell at auction last year.

In the High Court at Auckland, Justice Simon Moore said Finn had experienced “strong buyer resistance” due to the cross-lease nature of the title.
