Police seize $6m worth of Head Hunters properties in investigation into senior member

Police have raided a number of Head Hunters houses after seizing $6 million worth of properties associated with a senior member.

The civil investigation, dubbed Operation Coin, is a joint effort between police, the Serious Fraud Office, Customs, the Ministry of Social Development and Inland Revenue.

The Head Hunters member, a 62-year-old beneficiary, is alleged to have accumulated wealth through criminal means.

Police said they had seized properties valued at about $6 million which were controlled by the man.
