Professionals Wellington and Oxygen move into new offices in refurbished Kent Flats

  • The capital’s rundown Kent Flats in Buller St have been given a new lease of life, after a multimillion-dollar renovation.

It is now home to real estate firm Professionals Wellington and its sister company, property management firm Oxygen.

The flats started life in the early 30s, and have stood the test of time – from the first US marines visit in 1942, to the Waterfront lockout in 1951, to the Royal tour in 1954 and the Beatles visit in 1964.
