Rapper Eminem FINALLY sells his surprisingly chintzy Detroit mansion

He is an iconic rapper who is worth an estimated $190m and scooped his ninth Best Hip Hop award at the MTV Europe Music Awards on Sunday.

And while Eminem certainly has a lot to celebrate of late, he has taken a substantial knock in the property market, after he finally sold his lavish Detroit mansion for a paltry $1.9m, less than half of the $4.75m he bought it for in 2003, and losing a whopping $2.85m.
