A west Aucklander has lost a High Court appeal to get his real estate agent licence back.
Justice Hinton agreed in the September 13 decision that Aaron Drever was “not a fit and proper person” to hold a licence.
Although the Glendene man had been co-operative and honest, Hinton said he was “indifferent to meeting minimum acceptable practice standards” or “not capable of complying with them”.
Drever was stripped of his licence by the Real Estate Agents’ Disciplinary Tribunal on November 4, 2016.
