- Colleen Milne was appointed the CEO of the Real Estate Institute in February 2015. Before undertaking her Masters degree, Colleen previously worked in the industry as the CEO of First National Group and General Manager of the New Zealand Realtors Group as well as a time as CEO of Bakers Delight. Colleen resigned from the Real Estate Insitute of New Zealand in June 2016 after eighteen months leading the strategic direction of the company.
