When the kids move back home

  • It’s a scene repeated right throughout the country, but most often in our big cities – the kids are moving back home to save money for their first home.

And it’s usually a couple, with parents and parents-in-law prepared to sacrifice their own lifestyle to help them get a foot on the property ladder.

The parents featured here have opened up their home to their daughter and husband, with the full knowledge that the household will grow in two months when a baby arrives. But while such arrangements can be stressful, this is a family that is making it work.
