From our GM:
“Zane has been in the real estate industry for 10 years (approx) and since inception has pushed the boundaries when it comes to the marketing of property. We think the real estate industry needs more people like Zane who are prepared to mix fun with professionalism for the betterment of the industry and their clients. “
I’m a well-rounded salesperson with nine years’ experience. I’m spreading my wings and joining the team at Barfoot & Thompson Ellerslie.
There are many reasons I’ve enjoyed success in every job I’ve turned my hand to. I believe however, that the main reason is my drive. To be the best, you have to work the hardest and the smartest and it’s this attitude that has paid off for my clients time and again.
Prior to real estate, I spent many years working in a variety of service-oriented roles. I learned the value of good communication and customer service and it’s these skills that put my clients at ease. They see immediately that I’m on their side, working to achieve the very best outcome, for them! I also have a natural ability to manage the sales process, qualify buyers and close the deal, which is a winning combination when teamed with my determination, industry knowledge and confidence.
It is my role to deliver detailed, timely and accurate information so my clients can make informed decisions. I have personal experience building and renovating and am more than happy to share this knowledge. I can market my clients’ properties to a wide pool of buyers and convert viewings to written offers.
If you’re looking for a life in the suburbs whilst working in the city, then Ellerslie could be an option. Its easy access to the city centre makes it very sought-after. Trains run regularly from a station located in the heart of the village and buses provide a connection to the city and surrounding suburbs.
I’m a Panmure local, I attended Auckland Boys Grammar and I studied at Auckland University, so Auckland is my city. I have a real passion for travelling, life in general and I like to make an everlasting impression on whoever I meet.
I am fluent in English and Hindi. With me on your side, your property will stand out from the crowd.
