22 households, one lawnmower at Dunedin communal housing development

A new housing development on the site of a former Dunedin school will offer residents a new way to live.

The High St Co-housing development will provide 22 private homes with communal spaces.

The 4.95-hectare Mornington site will feature triple-glazed windows, centralised hot-water heat pump, electric car charger, children’s play area, tunnel house, and gardens.
