Back in Australia, one of Packer’s most famous properties is his two-level apartment at Crown Residences Barangaroo in Sydney.
The billionaire purchased the property in 2017 for $60 million, smashing Sydney’s apartment price record at the time.
Today, the ultra-luxury “Sky Home” is estimated to be worth around $100 million.
