Sydney real estate principal Dean Efrossynis has reportedly appeared in Waverley Local Court over a domestic violence-related property-damage charge.
The Daily Telegraph reports that the 38-year-old allegedly damaged a living-room window at his wife’s residence. He is reportedly on bail, with an interim apprehended domestic violence order in place.
According to the report, Efrossynis declined to comment and is due back in court on 29 October to enter a plea.

These profiles establish his connection to the property industry. They do not provide evidence about the alleged incident.
A PERSONAL CASE, NOT AN ALLEGATION ABOUT CLIENT TRANSACTIONS
The reported proceedings concern an alleged incident in a personal setting.
The available reporting does not allege misconduct involving property sales, trust accounts, landlords or tenants. It also does not establish wrongdoing by Laing+Simmons or other people working within the business.
That distinction matters when an individual’s professional role brings a court appearance into industry headlines.
THE PROPERTY NOISE VIEW
An agent’s public profile can make a court case newsworthy. It does not determine its outcome.
The appropriate focus is the reported charge, the procedural position and any subsequent court decision—not speculation about guilt or the broader agency.
Property Noise will assess further developments as reliable reporting becomes available.
