Auckland’s oldest state house is one of 49 new listings to be given heritage status under the Unitary Plan.

The $2 million dollar home in Orakei was built in 1930.

It was sold to the current owner Jeffrey Wong in 2001 for $377,500.

It now has a 2017 capital value of $1.9m.
