• The waterfront property has long been billed as Symond’s “$50 million” digs, but prestige agents familiar with Sydney’s trophy home market say it is expected to sell for more than double that amount.

Details of the listing have remained shrouded in secrecy, but a representative for Symond confirmed that it has been listed with Ken Jacobs, of Christie’s International, and Bill Malouf, of LJ Hooker Double Bay. Neither agent would comment for this story.
