When Graeme Boykett’s father, Ken, had a boatshed built on the Portsea foreshore in 1950, he never would have imagined that almost 70 years later the family would still own it.

Or, that it would be a prime piece of real estate worth close to $1 million (the asking price is between $910,000 to $1 million), especially since Boatshed 17 Fishermans Beach Foreshore was built from wooden boxes used to ship cars like Humbers and Triumphs from England to Australia and has no water or power connected.
