PHOTO: 123RF A Tenancy Tribunal adjudicator has criticised a well-established property management company.

A major player in property management has been slammed by the Tenancy Tribunal for using false information in an inspection report.

In a decision delivered in the tribunal in November, adjudicator Belinda Harvey awarded $2500 in damages against Crockers Property Management for not exercising the “care and diligence expected from an experienced property management company”.
