The final apartment from this year’s The Block NZ: Firehouse has been sold.
According to the listing agent’s website, the two bedroom, one bathroom apartment was sold on December 19 for between $850,000 and $900,000.
The 80sqm home is the last of five to sell after it was passed in at auction last month.
All of this year’s teams had a hand in creating the apartment, which opens onto a balcony at the rear of the vintage Kingsland building in Auckland and includes a bathroom fitted out by 2018 winners, Amy Moore and Stu Watts.
