A “rare opportunity” to buy a building on Wellington’s “golden mile” will pique the interest of many investors, a real estate agent says.
Colliers International broker Hamish Templeton said it was rare for an entire building on Lambton Quay to come on the market.
The property, at 138 Lambton Quay, has a rateable value of $1.75 million, as at September 2015.
Colliers International agent Sam McIlroy said Lambton Quay’s status as Wellington’s premium retail strip meant the property occupied a prime spot.
