The publication reports they’ve done this on several occasions, so when one of their many properties ends up on the market, it’s likely a fancy home that would wow someone who had enough money to buy it—like their Montecito home.

The two have listed one of their properties in the “posh seaside enclave of Montecito.” This home was purchased in 2019 for $27 million, and after expanding the lot and doing a total makeover, they’re ready to sell it for a whopping $39.9 million.
