Katy Perry has recently listed a Beverly Hills property that she had reportedly been using as a guest house. The singer recently welcomed her baby daughter Daisy with actor Orlando Bloom.
Katy Perry has decided to sell her lavish spare Beverly Hills home for a cool $7.95million.
The 35-year-old songstress, who recently welcomed her first child with actor Orlando Bloom, is parting ways with the prestigious property just two years after purchase.
The property listing came shortly after Katy was reportedly pictured viewing a $4 million home two hours north of Los Angeles in Santa Barbra.

The expansive home is set in a private neighbourhood in Beverly Hills and was geared at being a guest house for Katy’s visitors.
Picked up for $7.5 million in 2018, Katy has done very little to the stunning build that comes with some famous neighbours close by that include Nicole Kidman and Cameron Diaz.
