The Kelburn garage listed for sale in September sold for $115,000. Figures released by homes.co.nz show the garage sold for more than double the $50,000 RV.
At the time of the sale, listing agent Stuart Gray of Ray White said the garage at C/18 Ngaio Road attracted “huge interest” from interested parties, with more than 1000 enquires. These included enquiries from young people looking to build a tiny house.
