- The famous Kim Dotcom mansion in Coatesville has been sold for an undisclosed price.
The property, 35kms northwest of Auckland, had been on the market since January, and Barfoot and Thompson saleswoman Christina Tang said the vendor and buyer were “thrilled” with the result.
Tang said there had been several interested parties in negotiations for the property which had a capital value of $22.55 million.
