Housing Minister Phil Twyford has confirmed that KiwiBuild head Stephen Barclay has not been at work for weeks because of an employment dispute.
Twyford broke his days of silence on Tuesday to confirm reporting that an employment dispute was at the heart of the matter, and that Barclay hadn’t been at work for at least three weeks.
