According to realestate.com.au focusing on renovating at Berowra Creek – and moving into their Darling Point apartment – Channel 7 television veteran Larry Emdur and wife Sylvie have sold a Tamarama investment property.
The longtime Alexander St holding fetched $1.805 million for the co-host of The Morning Show and host of The Chase Australia.
The recently renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment overlooks the coastline.
It marks another reshuffle in the couple’s property portfolio.
Emdur paid $387,500 in 1997 for the apartment, which was listed for sale through his son Jye Emdur at TRG during which it was briefly up for rent for $1075 a week.
The couple are undertaking a huge renovation at the second of their properties on the creek at Berowra, advising their 158,000 Instagram followers there’s been plenty of recycling.
They snapped up their initial Neverfail Bay getaway (above) for $1.1 million in 2020, which had fetched $1.3 million five years earlier.
