New Plymouth

A $10 million office building designed to reflect New Plymouth’s industrial heritage will have the region’s oldest law firm as its anchor tenant.

The two-storey King Street building has been designed to look like an industrial warehouse with exposed “recycled” brick cladding and steel beams, Axiom Development project director Peter Snowdon said.

Law firm Govett Quilliam, which has been giving legal advice in Taranaki since 1880, will occupy the top floor.
