It’s not easy to sell a multi million-dollar home for an obvious reason – namely, the pool of potential buyers is not large.
Stuff first ran a story about Auckland entrepreneur and PC Direct founder Sharon Hunter and husband Tenby Powell’s waterfront Westmere house two years ago.
Back then, it was being marketed by Graham Wall Real Estate, a firm that deals almost exclusively in ultra high-end real estate. And at that time, listing agent Graham Wall was talking a figure of “around $20 million”.
The highly contemporary house designed by award-winning architect David Ponting has not sold, and is currently listed with more than one agency, including, most recently Bayleys.
