Two top Christchurch real estate performers have won a court case requiring a neighbour near their West Coast holiday home to remove his sheds.

Auctioneer Phil McGoldrick and his award-winning Harcourts sales consultant wife, Alison Aitken, successfully obtained an injunction against Tim Lawson, who had installed four shed-like structures on his property in Beachwater Drive, a relatively new subdivision set among the bush close to the Arnold River bridge in Moana, at Lake Brunner.
