One of the Wellington construction projects suspended when Arrow International went into voluntary administration is under way again.

A new development company called 111 Dixon St has been set up and one of its directors, Mike Cole, said negotiations had been concluded with staff, subcontractors and the voluntary administrator.

“The old saying that if you have to look at your contract…you’re probably in trouble is true but the overriding premise is people matter – if you treat people well hopefully they will treat you well in return,” Cole said in a prepared statement.
