PHOTO: JOSEPH JOHNSON/HOMED – Felicity Clark has transformed the kitchen, introducing bright pops of colour.

Felicity Clark is only 29, but she’s an old hand at renovating.

The serial renovator has just completed her sixth project, a 1970s house in Avonside, Christchurch, which she has made over as a tribute to Modernist architect Le Corbusier – she has now listed it for sale.

Clark, who has a commerce degree in valuation and property management, says her previous five projects were more straightforward renovations. Her first house was a 1950s do-up in Wainoni, which she bought having saved up enough for the deposit.
