- FORMER swimwear model Jodhi Meares has snappily sold her Point Piper apartment just days into its late-May auction campaign.
Buyers were initially told there was a $2.2 million price guide through Raine & Horne Double Bay agents Ric and Christophe Serrao, but this escalated to $2.4 million after the first midweek open for inspection.
