No dollars? No problem. A spaceship like house in NSW is due to come up for sale in a world-first auction where the home seller wants to receive something else besides normal money.
It’s been called the “Jetsons” house — a spaceship like beachfront home for sale in northern NSW — and now the owner is amping up the futuristic theme by offering to accept payment in cryptocurrency.
The home is due to go to auction on April 8 via live stream and the real estate agents claim the owner’s decision to exchange the property for Bitcoin or Binance Coin will be a world first.
Bidding will be conducted in Bitcoin only, with an online conversion system listing the Australian and US dollar equivalents on screen.
