FROM AFL champs to celebrity couples and radio stars, a star-studded line-up cashed in on Melbourne’s bumper property market this year.
Game, set, match was finally called on the sale of Lleyton and Bec Hewitt’s St Kilda Rd penthouse. It fetched a figure between $9.5-$10 million after having lingered on the about six years.
A squad of current and retired footy players also handballed inner-city pads, including Essendon captain Dyson Heppell, GWS veteran Heath Shaw, Collingwood high-flyer Jeremy Howe, North Melbourne skipper Jack Ziebell and Bombers great Matthew Lloyd.
