The community would like the same or more recreational facilities at Bayswater Marina, according to a survey that also shows very few are keen to see the marina developed for apartments.
Almost 400 surveys were completed over a month late last year, with 94 per cent of respondents living in the area. The Bayswater Community Committee and the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board ran the survey to get community input ahead of a likely mid-year resource consent application for 300 apartments on the marina.
