Thirty awards were handed out on the night which recognised agents and property managers from across residential and commercial sales.

Local franchise Independent took home the most awards, winning seven gongs including Large Residential Agency of the Year. Independent managing director John Minns praised the agency for their innovation.

“At the time where the world, the industry and consumers are experiencing the greatest levels of change and transformation ever, it is wonderful to see such a forward-looking, innovative level of practice in the agency,” he said.
