Property markets in Sydney and Melbourne are not giving buyers much confidence at the moment in terms of growth, but there are cities that are now showing a steady recovery.
Simon Pressley, managing director of buyer’s agency Propertyology, says its far from doom and gloom outside the biggest cities.
Markets that haven’t performed well in the past are “due to shine” in 2019 and 2020, Pressley told Auction Day.
