University student Bridie Campbell has made headlines, bemoaning an apartment deal gone wrong.
Now, she’s being called on to settle the deal and cannot get finance to do so.
She said her lawyers had advised her she had two options: “Surrender my deposit and potentially be sued for the value of the apartment or to on-sell it at a loss and come up with the balance between the sale price and the price I paid for it, plus lose the deposit.”
