After 15 years of trying to build waterfront apartments in Christchurch’s New Brighton, a developer has abandoned her plans and put the land up for sale.
The half-hectare block, on Marine Pde about 200 metres south of New Brighton pier, was intended to house over 40 upmarket apartments.
