Buying:

  • 40% of Kiwi are willing to compromise on the size of a property

  • 30% of people believe it’s important that a property they purchase has a home office space

  • 28% of respondents intend to purchase this year; up 6% on last year.

Selling:

  • 35-44 year olds are the most impacted by rising mortgage rates

  • 23% of homeowners plan on selling in the next year

  • Almost 1 in 3 looking to sell are wanting to relocate.
