The five-bedroom property on Auckland’s North Shore is on the market for $975,000, with a first-class trip to Singapore thrown in to sweeten the deal.
While the house doesn’t currently boast any Singapore-inspired decor, the vendor wanted to send the new homeowners on holiday so they could be inspired to redecorate.
After five years as a rental property, the house needs “a bit of TLC”, according to Century 21 Collett Realty owner Liam Collett, who is selling the property.
